Background

ReRunMe was borne from observations of parents recognising but struggling with neglecting their health due to juggling family duties, learning parenting skills, and/or maintaining a work schedule.

The benefits of physical activity are well established and based on decades of international research. Yet translating what we know and should do with our bodies does not guarantee it actually being done – due mainly to the complexity of parenting roles and the pressures of modern society.

What is ReRunMe?

ReRunMe is a remotely guided activity program designed to get you and your body reengaged in your preferred active pursuit. The program curates activity and exercise research and translates it into practical action for inactive parents, offering them education, guidance and support – through webinars, workshops, online learning, downloadable materials, and active parent coaching.

This course offers strategies and solutions for parent fitness that work at and near home, now, and provides transition and long term active parent pointers for when you graduate.

Your guide in this program is a parent who has consistently problem solved staying active, and is a qualified educator and experienced rehabilitation therapist.

This course has a 100% money back guarantee.

Before engaging in any exercise program, your GP should identify any health risks for you that would need consideration. Your health is an investment in you and your family’s future – an investment requiring time and effort to change.

Purpose

To help parents develop activity patterns to participate actively with their family over the long term, and to age successfully.

Mission

To reduce the rising patterns and health consequences of inactivity in Australian society by helping inactive parents enact long term personal activity change. Activity enabled parents who engage in their active pursuit act as role models within their families and in their communities. This serves to positively influence the future mental and physical health of all Australians.
