Scheduled Tour - 8km Loop - 70 - 80 min
This tour showcases iconic places and people of the South Brisbane Reach. Ideal for those who prefer to run moderate distances or are adding this before or after their own run. Discover the character of Brisbane – it’s the Three E’s with a bit less endurance than the longer tour!
This tour ‘runs’ for 70-80 minutes, starting at the designated time on available dates – see calendar when booking. You get to run on and see both sides of the river. Multiple opportunities for water, toilet use, photos and local stories.
We cover about 8km (5 miles) on the loop. There are about 10 street/traffic crossings where we use the designated crossings.
Although we duck in and out of the shade along the route it can get hot – sunscreen and hats are advised. Be hydrated!
Scheduled Tour - 11km Loop - 90 - 110 min
This tour mixes the ‘Three E’s’: Endurance + Entertainment + Education! Brisbane’s story is tangled with convicts’ shadows, Draconian measures, individuals who shaped their city and country, and stories of opportunity.
This tour ‘runs’ for 90-110 minutes, starting at the designated time on the available dates – see calendar when booking.
You will run both banks of the South Brisbane Reach. Multiple opportunities exist for water, toilet use, photos and local stories.
We cover about 11km (7 miles) on the loop. The longest running stretch being 1300m (almost a mile) and the average between brief stops being about 500m. There are 10 street/traffic crossings where we use the designated crossings.

This tour follows the Standard tour route but is flexible on time of day and date of scheduling, providing a chance to bond as a group and to experience the South Brisbane Reach with the Three E’s.
