      1. Scheduled tours are those that have a recurring date and time and are listed and ticketed on TryBooking.
      2. Scheduled tours have a designated start and finish location and follow a designated route (route deviations may occur due to traffic congestion, construction, emergency services, police or state emergency service (SES) advice).
      3. Scheduled tours are ticketed. In order to participate, a Participant must be able to present their electronic ticket, confirmation email from TryBooking, or payment receipt upon request to the Tour Guide prior to the commencement of the tour.
      4. Ticketing ensures that Participants have completed pre-requisite screening and agreements, and are aware of the strenuous physical nature of the tour; these being matters of public liability.
    2. PRIVATE TOURS:
      1. Private tours are tailored to a Group Leader’s requests, if those requests can be accommodated by the Tour Operator and are determined to be of low risk.
      2. Private tours have no pre-designated time, date, path, start or finish points, but are likely to follow some of the route included in the Scheduled tours as the Tour Operator chooses to run tours primarily in the South Brisbane Reach area of the city.
      3. Private tours are established through a designated Group Leader for the group submitting an online request form and subsequently consulting with the tour operator.
      4. The Group Leader ensures that participants have completed pre-requisite screening and agreements, and are aware of the strenuous physical nature of the tour – these being matters of public liability; the Group Leader provides proof of these on a document provided to the Tour Guide prior to the commencement of the tour.
      5. Only Participants who appear on the list provided by the Group Leader to the Tour Guide may participate in the tour.
      6. Final confirmation of a private tour request is at the discretion of the Tour Operator.
    3. QUICK JOIN/LATE ADDITIONS/SERENDIPITY JOIN:
      1. Tickets able to be purchased by potential Participants (joining at late notice in-person at the starting point of a tour) have a flat rate of AUD57 payable via a webpage payment portal.
      2. Scheduled Tours may be joined immediately prior to the briefing for the tour which is about to commence, only after potential Participants have
        1. approached the Tour Guide to discuss and establish if there is space on the tour [i.e. that does not breach tour group limits; see 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 on these Terms and Conditions.], and have
        2. subsequently provided proof of screening and of ticket payment.
      3. Private Tours may be joined immediately prior to the briefing for the tour which is about to commence, only after
        1. potential Participants (persons already known to the Group Leader) have consulted with the Group Leader of the tour and with the tour guide to establish if there is space on the tour [i.e. that does not breach tour group limits; see 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 on these Terms and Conditions.], and
        2. the Group Leader processes the potential Participant (as others in their group were processed; i.e. screening, education and agreement), and

      5. Pre-screening protocols and Participants self-assessing as being in ‘good health’ does not guarantee that their participation is free of risk to personal health.

        2. public and personal safety, and

  7. WAIVER

    1. Please read the NATIONAL TOUR WAIVER document found here.
      1. By purchasing a ticket for any ReRunBriz tour offered by ReRunMe, you are accepting the terms of this waiver.
  8. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. PERSONAL POSSESSIONS

      2. What to bring and what NOT to bring is outlined on the page located here.
      3. If you are participating on a tour with other people known to you (spouses, family, friends), it is recommended you aim to not carry duplicate devices.
      4. We understand that running attire does not always allow for comfortable carriage of keys and phones, and so the Tour Guide (who will be carrying a backpack) may be able to assist with carrying items for some participants, under the following limitations
        1. The capacity of the Tour Guide’s backpack is limited; on a full tour (15-20 participants) space may be extremely limited.
        2. Items carried by a tour guide are carried at the risk accepted by the participant. Participant items will be amongst other items in the backpack and will be susceptible to jostling and movement, which may inadvertently result in (and is not limited to)
          1. scratches on devices
          2. battery drainage
          3. cracked screens
          4. scratches on plastic card/keys
        3. Participant items will only be placed in the backpack at the beginning of the tour, and then taken out of the backpack at the conclusion of the tour; i.e. storing keys makes sense, but storing a camera/phone may not.
        4. Phones placed in the Tour Guide’s backpack should be turned off, or put on silent.
        5. Phones will not be available to be answered if they are stored in the backpack. If you are expecting a call or monitoring an inter-personal situation with someone not on the tour, please carry your phone to be able to use it if required.
        6. The Tour Guide appreciates carrying the lightest possible backpack during the tour.
